Mcdonald's - St. Petersburg

I waited in the second line for a long time, even call the microphone for the service, as 8 cars were waiting in the first line. I screamed that I left without waiting, while 8 cars in the other track watched, and suddenly a girl asked about my order. but there was no apology to give me wait or explanation. it was just a waste. eating was expensive and not spicy as ordered. very, very disappointed by experience.

They are fast, and the cheese is actually melted on their burgers. frys and customer service left some to wish. all in all no bad experience.

Yesterday afternoon. they were not very busy. car in the right drive thru, so I left. correct person was done and moved forward, then a 2.. 3,. 4. Then the guy stopped behind me and left before someone took mine. then she couldn't order me right. she looked good when I drove away, but of course she obviously changed it because they don't hand me my order. so naturally I want to comment

I seldom eat at McDonald's, but when I do I am reminded why I don't. Slow, rude, and poor service combined with over salted tasteless unhealthy food is so unsatisfying. I guess I am an optimist, and I go back every now and then to see if things have improved, but this experience confirmed the negative. So sad.

Ordered via app for curbside pickup. Waited 30 min and no one came out to deliver the food. Went to drive through but had to leave when the line was not moving for 20 min. If looking for paying for foods without getting the foods you ordered, this is the right restaurant for you.
