Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill

Food taste delicious. Service is amazing. I usually saw staff in other places that they provide something only if we ask. In here it's different. These people told me about new sauces without asking and also asked me if i need glasses to have the drink. Little things matters while serving to customers and I feel the service at this branch is going in a correct way.

Mucho burrito, more like Mucho nasty. I was severely disappointed with the variety of toppings. My burrito fell apart so easily and tasted similar to a porter potty’s smell. I am completely turned off of burritos now. But, I have got to credit the staff for their politeness.

Food and service was great, however; I feel terrible for the staff. We came on a hot day (over 30 degrees) and there is no air conditioning what so ever. It had to be upwards of 50 degrees Celsius inside. Not sure how this franchise can recognize these conditions as safe for their employees. If I was one of these employees I’d call the labour board and refuse to come back to work until the conditions improved.

Closed restaurant and refused to serve customers 20 minutes before close. The employees closed early so one of them could leave with their boyfriend right at 9pm. With him staying inside during the closing and cleanup.

They had a confusing menu and not enough staff.The person who did help me was excellent and attentive.The food was so unappealing that it was inedible.I hope they improve their culinary quality.I'm never eating there again.Parking: Large free parking lot
