The pasta was overcooked and the sauce was bland. The atmosphere was nice when we could sit outside, but most of the staff was rude. When we tried to speak to a manager, we were told they were unavailable. Despite the initial issues, we have returned for drinks and have noticed some improvements overall. The BBQ is particularly good. The customer service could use some work, as we had difficulty getting questions answered by the server or bartender. Overall, there have been some positive changes, but there is still room for improvement.
We ordered chili nachos, 2 pulled pork sandwiches, and a cheeseburger. The chili nachos were tasty with a good topping to chip ratio. However, the rest of the food was a bit greasy. The pulled pork seemed fatty and lacked BBQ sauce. My husband's burger was also greasy, indicating lower quality meat. Overall, the food left us reaching for Tums. The service was satisfactory with timely food delivery, but we probably won't be returning. If we did, we'd stick to the appetizer menu and perhaps opt for a beer special.
