Fortune Hawaii - Staten Island

I have commanded many here and the person who has always answered has a attitude. this time, to put a great order and he begins to scream as I want to prepare the order. very discouraging for customers.

The food and service at this restaurant were both outstanding!

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. When I went to place my order, the waiter treated me as if I was looking for a free meal instead of a paying customer. He took a long time to decide what I wanted even though I was the only customer there. When I asked if I could dine in, he quickly refused, saying my order was too cheap to eat in the restaurant. I was so disappointed that I decided to leave. Unfortunately, this was my first and last time visiting this place and I never got to taste the food.

Used to ingenious in the days of all they eat sushi, but from recently eating is all sub par.

Ordering from Fortune Hawaii has sadly been the worst experiences for pickup orders and customer service that I’ve ever seen. I’ve ordered several items on their menu, on a few occasions. Everything looked unappetizing and tasted like it was old, not to mention the meals meant to be hot we’re all so cold, like it could have been out of the fridge. I’ve only ordered here because I’m visiting a friend and it’s fast and convenient but we are no longer going to. The gentleman receiving the calls is not friendly at all and has only ever been completely rude to us. I called to ask what was in the pu pu platter since one of the meats looked like canned spam. I was put on hold right after I told him it was cold. Hung up every time I called back. They don’t deal with complaints whatsoever apparently, forget a refund or new order. I understand that it is a lot of work to run a restaurant or food business but this is poorly managed and poor quality. Very disappointed and do not recommend.
