Contribuisci feedbackI ordered online, and my meal was ready on time. It was perfectly prepared and fresh. A big thank you to the associate who made my cold cut sub. All the employees were friendly and well-dressed.
The food was enjoyable, and we ordered several sandwiches, which were well-prepared by the staff. The restaurant was clean, but I wish the employees would wear hair nets. It just seems safer to prevent hair from falling near the food, especially when they're reaching for items and their clothing is hovering over the prep area. I noticed one instance where a staff member's shirt came into contact with a customer's sandwich, which I found unappetizing. This is a concern that applies to all restaurants. I believe that using aprons, masks for conversation over the food, and hair nets would greatly enhance food safety.
I've always had a great experience at this restaurant. The staff is consistently friendly, and they happily accept my coupons.
My sandwiches are usually fresh, and I absolutely love the tuna salad—it's my go-to choice. Occasionally, I'll indulge in the Italian BMT. However, I was disappointed with the bread this time; the whole wheat loaf was dark and seemed overbaked on top. I couldn't help but wonder if they really thought that was acceptable. On the bright side, the servers were polite, courteous, and quick. Plus, my footlong sandwich was fantastic!
The Classic Club was so amazing that I had it twice this week! The freshly baked, soft bread was perfect, and the crisp vegetables added a great crunch. The meat was incredibly flavorful. Just to clarify, I'm not affiliated with them in any way—I'm simply a satisfied customer sharing my experience!
