Rich's Famous Burgers - Steelville

The burgers secret is the meat. Super flavorful! The rest of the menu is extensive and everything is tasty! Worth the stop. I will be back!

Was at the St.James store 4-15. Not very good. Kitchen was very slow. There was a table that came in after we had ordered was waiting for there food and the manger went over and apologized for their long wait. He never came over to talk to us. It was like we were inviable to him. We had been waiting much longer. Food finally came out as not worth the wait.

Excellent food, great pricing. Kids loved the cheese fries. Very family friendly and laid back place to get your comfort food! I only wish there were better parking options for camper trailers. With so many camping options nearby,

Not very impressed. It was ok but definitely nothing special. I had the Jam Burger on recommendation that it was the most popular. I was hoping for a wow factor with the homemade hot pepper strawberry jam and was very disappointed. Nothing was hot about it and as you can see from the photo it was just a smear on the side of the burger. The Texas toast was room temp cool. The couple of bites I had that included the jam were the best part but that’s not saying much. The fries were ok, but just fries. Everything could have used some seasoning. I am always on the lookout for a great burger and this was not it. Probably better than fast food but not much. Maybe they were just off today, I hope so. I will say service was good. Not sure if I would stop again.

Came for the Friday fish fry. It was excellent! $10 gets you a TON of catfish and the breading is a nice thin layer of perfect crispiness
