We were all satisfied with our choices. Despite it being a quiet Sunday afternoon with only one person at the bar besides our group, we couldn't understand why as the food was delicious.
I ordered a salad and was not impressed with the taste or the price for the size. My friend had chicken fingers and fries, which she enjoyed. Our other friend only had coffee. The bill came to over $40 for our meals and coffee, which I found to be shocking.
Whether it's spring, summer, fall, or winter, the breathtaking view from the large floor-to-ceiling windows is impressive. The restaurant's interior is attractive, with a size that allows for a comfortable dining atmosphere without overwhelming noise. The food is exceptional, with a menu that, while not extensive, offers a good selection of options. Every dish I have tried, whether for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, has been delicious. Overall, this restaurant is a hidden gem that deserves more recognition.
We had not been to Quarry Oaks for a meal in several years. The new owners have really outdone themselves in their food prep and presentation. If you are going for breakfast, make sure you try the smash browns . A new take on hashbrowns and worth every mouthful. The omelette was great as well. Friends tried the French Toast and said they would definitely order that again.
This is a gem of a course close to Winnipeg. It has 27 holes which are almost always in fantastic condition. I can't say enough about this course definitely one of the nicer courses just outside of the city.
