Golden Chick - Stephenville

Just wanted to tell Golden Chick that they need to hire more educated workers. I recently went through the drive up and ordered 4 chicken thighs and 6 rolls and 1 bag of ice and iI was charged $26.00! I explained to the worker there must be a mistake because I order this all of the time and I have never ever paid that much and would he please re-check the math. He was very polite and came back and told me “it must be inflation.” Hahaha Had I not been so hungry and partially amused, I would have refused the order. The kid was nice enough but could not add to save his life.

The young man running the drive-thru on Saturday, 3/2/24 noon, was amazing! He got our whole order right and was so nice.

Wow just wow sooo yummy and fresh!! Service was very friendly and helpful and fast, very polite and professional!!! We will be back for more!! This place has some New faces and is all so fresh and wonderful! nice place go check them out!!!Parking: Nice big parking lot easy to get into an easy to get out, easy to get to drive through as well!!Kid-friendliness: Staff is So friendly and nice to everyone!!

I had never tried Golden Chick and now I know why. I ordered and paid extra for a chicken breast and it looked like a tiny parakeet breast. Ordered mashed potatoes with gravy and didn’t get the gravy in my order. Ended up having to put some butter on them. The rolls were over baked and dry. Thank goodness for the Chicken E in town.

Incredibly skimped and got the order wrong could of payed half for double at Chicken Express. Was the only customer there ONLY CUSTOMER and still got it completely wrong. Had to focus on ONE CUSTOMER.
