First associate was friendly but couldn’t locate order- he transferred me to shift manager. Shift manager stated that order had been cancelled due to store running out of stuffed crust. Shift manager stated his shift started at 430 and prior manager should have called to inform me the ordered was cancelled. Had to specifically ask for the shift managers name as he did not state it when picking up the phone. He also didn’t know when card would be refunded. Will not be doing orders for personal or business again.
Delivery order, It was after the time stated by computer for arrival so I checked and saw that it said that it had been delivered 20 minutes prior, but I hadn't received it. I called the store and they told me that my pizza had been returned to the store because there was no Unit on my condo address. Not sure why that was dropped from my order info online, but mostly couldn't understand why my order was taken back to the store and yet online it said it had been delivered and through all of this, I had not been contacted with either a phone call or a text. They did send the original pizza out to my corrected address but by this time the cheese was congealing and to top it off, I wasn't even offered a discount or anything.
Ordered a large pizza and wings for pick up, the pizza and wings were cooked to perfection and the crew really enjoyed they’re meal, nice job
Ordered big dinner box and was given only two pizzas and wings, no bread sticks and no cinnamon sticks. This place sucks!
The first time we ordered our food it was delivered to the wrong house and they thought they dropped it off at the right house. My husband who has some temper issues, called to complain and Kellen was the only guy at this Pizza Hut who cared to correct the mistake!! Thank you Kellen for making sure our kids ate tonight!! Kellen is the superhero for this store!
