Starbucks - Sterling Heights

This morning on 2/22, Judy visited the Starbucks. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I would advise against anyone going to this Starbucks.

We had an amazing experience with Seairra at the restaurant! She provided excellent customer service. The drinks she made for us, the hot Venti Medicine Ball and the cold Venti Strawberry Acai lemonade, were perfect and delicious. The Medicine Ball wasn't watery like it has been at other locations, and my 11-year-old daughter loved the Acai. We believe Seairra deserves a raise - we agree!

I went in and asked for light ice to no ice and the lady was very rude and said that she couldn’t do light ice because everything was measured , and when I asked for no ice she said that it wouldn’t be all the way full. This has never been a problem at any other Starbucks I’ve visited. She was very rude and acted as if she did not wanna take my order. When I called the store the manager didn’t sound too concerned either.

My sister went last Saturday (4/2/22 at 11:22 am) to buy a strawberry açaí and a spinach egg feta cheese wrap. Not too long later, she got an upset stomach for hours and she had labored breathing. We were about to go to the emergency room, but after we administered her Epipin, her symptoms improved. We called the store to talk to them and they said that they would call us back in 24 hours to talk but they never did. It’s been a week and we’ve received no response. We were just trying to know what happened with that sandwich to make my sister sick. She was about to die, and I’m surprised that this big company has ignored our concerns.

This restaurant is too expensive! However, as a quick and easy $5-$10 gift, it's great. I spent over $300 on gift cards last holiday season from Thanksgiving to Christmas as thank yous to medical staff, friends, store clerks, utility workers, etc. all of whom were especially service-minded, smiling, and welcoming while working under pressure. Even my grandchild received one as a treat while out shopping, which was so cool. I would suggest stopping by for a beverage or snack while shopping.
