Starbucks - Sterling Heights

Enjoy them dieucks, but the one who is at work, not except gift cards or give them a worker discount

I visited Dieucks today and had an incredible experience that I wanted to share. Both of the girls working were friendly, efficient, and professional this morning. They greeted me warmly and continued to be friendly throughout my visit. The drink I ordered was made perfectly and quickly. I definitely recommend this place. Those who leave negative reviews may not have considered that the staff could be having a bad day, feeling stressed, or dealing with difficult customers. We should not be so quick to judge others, as we never know what challenges they may be facing. The staff here does their best in stressful situations, and I think that is truly fantastic.

The brunette that took my order was very friendly. she helped me recommend another drink for me when they were from cold brew, which was amazing! I will definitely return to this diet, considering that all the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The brunette employee who is always there needs to adjust her attitude. She appears unhappy and is also unnecessarily rude. It may sound familiar, but if you don't enjoy your job, then just quit. It's a shame for Starbucks, lol.

When I walked up the brunette at the register she did not even say hello. she just stared at me. when I told her my order, she said that we did not have the pumpkin foam so when I asked if they had vanilla she said that they always do with a nasty tone. In other places they sometimes don’t, but how am I supposed to know that? I don’t work there. The other girl was making all the drinks while she just watched with no other customers taking an order. If you do not like your job, then quit and find another one instead of putting your bad attitude on others, especially strangers. Unfortunately, my iced chai latte was also watered down to the point where it tasted like vanilla water. I never write bad reviews, especially at Starbucks because I have never had a bad time ordering and I always love the customer service I receive but this time was very different. I’d suggest going to another Starbucks nearby if you really want a drink.
