Contribuisci feedbackHorrible experience on Father's Day. I ordered a customized cake on June 18, 2022. Went to pick it up and learned that the order was not filled because of the influx of Father's Day orders. No one notified that this would be the case. Because I had prepaid, I was forced to get a cake from the display. Clerk said that's what the manager said and that I just had to do accordingly. Update: On Saturday June 25th the manager called and apologized for how this case was handled. He promised to refund my account. I received a refund that very same day. Thanks for righting this wrong.
I'll never give these particular guys my business again. First off they didn't have large shake containers and didn't seem to care that they lacked them. Secondly they made me chocolate milk instead of a shake! It was the wateriest shake I've ever seen and FAR below Cold Stones usual excellent quality. I made my displeasure known and they just shrugged their shoulders and mumbled something about the ice cream as if that was the reason why I had such a sorry excuse for a shake. This is unacceptable and a great way to LOSE customers.
It was my daughter's 10th birthday(milestone) and they messed up the writing/msg on the cake. Not only that, seems like staffs are not trained properly on what kind of services they offer. I ordered via website and chose to be delivered at the party venue but when I called to make sure that my order was received, the staff had no idea that they deliver. They already charged me for delivery service fee, delivery charge and I added tips too so she said she will talk to the manager for refund. When I went to pick up the cake uber driver showed up to pick up my cake too, I guess there is a system but the staff didn't know. I contacted the manager but it's been over 2 weeks now and haven't heard back from him regarding delivery charges. it was so painful to see my daughter's excitement disappearing from her face after seeing the cake on her special (10th) birthday.
I was the only customer, I walked in and no one spoke to me. They looked at me, made eye contact and didn?t bother to even acknowledge me. Definitely hurtful. Customer service has changed a lot.
Bad Experience, no flavor and really soft ? was like a lake in my cup after 3 minutes !!!
