I always go to this Starbucks,it is on my driving route, excellent customer service and dedication,friendly!! Thank you so much!!
I ordered two drinks and waited 30 minutes because they lost track of one of them. In addition to the waiting, there was no milk or sugar available but didn't want to wait another minute to ask the staff. The manager also had an indifferent attitude, but that is to be expected.
One star is still too high of a review for this place. The cashier supposedly named Courtney is the most rude and offensive individual i have ever met. I walked in and walked up to the counter, and she told me to Hold on, fatty, i 'm busy. I was so taken aback and stunned i couldn 't even think of what to say next. Courtney then followed up with, Do you know what you want yet? Or are you going to keep wasting my time? I am APPALLED that this location would hire such a mean spirited and nasty individual. This genuinely felt like a skit from a show or movie and i am still in shock about this. I will be contacting a superior and sharing my experience effective immediately. I would say i 'm never coming back, but I will be checking in every now and then to see if Courtney has been replaced. Count your days.
After ordering a tall Americano, my wife and I waited for everyone in front of us and a few people after us before we asked the person who took our order about our order. We were told that the other (Roasted Coffee area is for Americano coffee...presumably so we should check with that person. We asked the 2nd person at that (Roasting? counter if they had a coffee for my wife. They reached over and rotated the 3 prepared cups (apparently, to look for names hidden under the insulators and mumbled something and went back to work. A 3rd person saw us standing there and said my wife 's coffee was there and pointed to the three finished cups. Again, the 2nd person reached for the cups one at a time and slid one forward. I said, All you had to do was say so to which came the snappy reply, He did . I said, We didn 't hear it . Again she said, He said it, I heard him . I said, So we were standing there for 10 minutes by ourselves because we enjoy it? . Another snappy reply, He said it, I heard him . On my way out I said, But the customer didn 't hear him . I don 't know if it 's me, but I never raised my voice or was nasty. I was assertive but not nasty. I honestly don 't know what either of us did to deserve this treatment. The condescending, over confident, replies are not appreciated. This Starbucks will never get another penny of my money. I 'm confident that this staff doesn 't care...
