I had a fantastic dining experience at the hotel restaurant. The breathtaking view added to the ambiance. The cold tomato soup with basil was excellent, as was the spelt vegan risotto with almond Parmesan. The staff was knowledgeable about vegan options and even recommended a delicious bottle of vegan wine to pair with my meal. The vegan burger also looked appetizing. In addition, I was pleasantly surprised to find a unique vegan dessert on the menu - a cashew cake with pistachios and strawberry sauce. This is not a common find in restaurants, so I appreciate the effort the restaurant put into offering such a special option. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for its exceptional vegan dishes and impressive attention to detail.
Her vegan black bohnenburger was good, but can be worked on something more to be a little more tasteful.
The hotel restaurant has a beautiful view and has an excellent cold tomato soup with basilikum, and a pressed vegan risotto with mandel parmesan that was exceptional. the personal even knew that not all wein was vegan, and found a nice bottle of vegan wein to go with my meal. I didn't have the vegan burger, but that was another option that looked very nice. they also have a vegan dessert that is not sorbet! it is a cashew cake with pistachios and earthy sauce! few restaurants have a vegan dessert option like this, so I think she went about what most restaurant do.
The vegan black bean burger was tasty, but could use some improvement to make it even more flavorful.
