Contribuisci feedbackMy family and I hadn't been to Subway in a long time after a bad experience at another location. While doing some Christmas shopping, we decided to give Subway another try and were pleasantly surprised. Our server, Carla, was fantastic - very patient (especially with our indecisive children), extremely polite, and welcoming with a big smile. She completely turned our previous bad experience around. On top of that, the food was delicious. We will definitely be returning again.
The sandwich was incredibly tasty. I ordered the foot-long jalapeno on Italian bread and it was fantastic. The value for a foot-long sandwich was great.
I visited this restaurant, which is currently only offering takeaway due to restrictions. I tried the meatball salad box, which was packed with flavorful meatballs in a marinara sauce along with a variety of salad ingredients like iceberg lettuce, cucumber, sliced beef tomatoes, chillies, olives, dill pickles, peppers, cheese, and a smokey Chipotle sauce. It was delicious and satisfying. My son also enjoyed his 6-inch meatball marinara sub. The service was friendly and efficient, overall making for a positive dining experience.
Went to Subway today and upon arriving home had discovered that they had given me either the wrong bread or undercooked bread. I am a regular visitor at this subway so know what my subway should both look like and taste like. I called up the branch and to put it simply the woman was unapologetic and quite rude (not the expected customer service for any establishment). She continued to tell me I was wrong or the difference may be due to how they score the bread on the top now... which is just a ridiculous excuse for condensed and pale bread (it was clearly not Wheat even though I double checked with the server, unfortunately the picture is too large to upload). I told her that my partner would not be eating it as she was pregnant and not convinced it was either cooked or wheat bread which is the only type she gets from subway... once again no apology or replacement offered. Unfortunately this is not the first time I have had bad service at this branch. It is a regular occurrence to have to line for 15minutes while you watch them prioritise online orders over the customers in their store.
Still excellent value for the food and drink, that is available on the menu and with restricted seating, that is something we have to put up with for the time being.
