Pizza Hut Delivery - Stockton-on-Tees

I ordered a pizza and requested for the cheese to be removed due to an intolerance. However, the pizza arrived with cheese on top. I called Pizza Hut and spoke to the manager, but they claimed I did not select enough options, even though I specifically requested for the cheese to be removed. They refused to replace the pizza I had spent £15 on. This was very disappointing and unacceptable. Fortunately, Just Eat provided excellent customer service and refunded me. As a result, Pizza Hut has now received a negative review from me and has lost a repeat customer.

The food at this Pizza Hut location was not enjoyable. The pizza and chicken wings were rubbery and tasted terrible. It was a waste of money and I do not plan on returning to this restaurant.

We used to order from this restaurant every two weeks on Friday evenings for 6 months. We always placed our orders online at least 4 hours in advance, but unfortunately, every single time our orders were late, usually by 10-30 minutes. Due to this consistent poor service, we have decided to no longer order from this restaurant.

Visited today with my husband and daughter before going to the cinema. What a disappointment! Have visited before but today's visit found it to be gross, tables sticky, uneven and mismatched. Dirty menus, that are more than creased and grubby than necessary. Utensils at salad bar greasy, food everywhere, salad bar not replenished on frequent times. Music very loud to the point we had to shout to be heard at times. Dust on the blinds at the windows shows cleaning not done to a high standard within the restaurant. Poor staff stretched when it's busy, even though staff very helpful, polite even when rushed off their feet. Won't be going back

I have recently ordered a Pizza Hut delivery, I haven't been able to in the past as they could not deliver to my postcode. The pizzas came and were piping hot! My pizza was half and half (wasn't sure what I was getting as half was meant to be bbq and half tomato) they were exactly that, half tomato and half bbq. Was amazing! The only downside was the potato wedges, they were undercooked.
