You have to remember charter way is still charter way service was horrible and food was mediocre compared to how it use to be no flavor burnt hamburger just nothing like it use to be over priced for the food and service you get I get better treatment at a taco truck

Food is great, gives me memories of my childhood. Only complaint is I wish they updated their website with their actual time that they close.

Although it was empty, I must have caught the cashier at a bad time, as soon as I approached the window he was very rude. He was an older gentleman who looked like he was in a bad mood and was annoyed to be there. Also this place does not let you use the restroom despite the fact that they have seating for you to dine in and I was also a paying customer. Terrible place

The burgers were just ok. They need to reduce size of bun. Fries good.

Ribeye Steak sandwich was a very disappointment. The meat was extremely hard. I try to chew that meat but .... My jaw was hurting. I complained to the man and he was like.No, really?I'll make you another one. Same Disappointment...Never coming back to this place!!
