We had an amazing experience at the restaurant! The food portion was good and tasted perfect. Lovely staff, they've even did a surprise birthday celebration for my daughter and provided complimentary Ice cream. Definitely one of my favorite restaurants in Stoke.
First time I went to this Frankie Benny's. It was a busy night but I didn't mind. Food was amazing, came in piping hot and all came out at the same time for us four. Only reason I put 4 stars is because I wasn't a fan at how loud they play the birthday song. I understand it's what they do, I just don't do well with busy places and loud sounds. My anxiety just hates it. Like I've said I've been to other Frankie and Bennys and they've never played their music too loud where its actually got to me a bit. Luckily it doesn't last long. Honestly, if you want good food and don't mind loud spaces go here. Staff were nice too.
The food was enjoyable, and the server was attentive. Although it was a busy time, I noticed that the floor under the table wasn't clean, and the table felt sticky. Overall, it was good value for money. A nerdy note about the picture: GMH stands for General Motors Holden, which, while part of General Motors, is distinctly Australian, not American or Italian.
I've visited Franky and Benny's several times, and I find that it consistently delivers a reliable experience. The food is always good, especially when you already know what you want to order. During my most recent visit, it was quite busy, but surprisingly, the service was still quite fast. There are plenty of dining options in the Festival Park area, and Franky and Benny's stands out with its pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff.
