Starbucks - Stones Corner Australia

There were no sandwiches. Then drive thru was actually faster than the inside service. Croissant was cold by the time coffees were ready. Starbucks can't afford to have bad service and low stock with all the new coffee shops opening.

Need to work on serving hot coffee hot. Been constantly given luke warm coffee and today, damn near cold...

I was originally wanting a snowman cookie and after arriving I found out they sold out. I was totally understanding and regardless, they were were willing to let me choose whatever I wanted to replace that cookie. I chose a danish and they gave me two along with this gift card. Made my day! Such sweet staff for doing this!

Great staff! Fast service! Corporate needs to rethink charging more for oat milk. You are taking regular milk out of a latti, but then adding an additional cost for oat milk on top of the cost for regular milk. I make iced latti at home, and I know the difference in cost. I buy the most expensive oatmilk that is in grocery stores. It does NOT justify the cost difference Starbucks is charging. I used to come daily, maybe twice, but now you are lucky if I come twice a month. CORPORATE....you are screwing us! However, this location does a great job of customer service. I suggest the store pass this to corporate. They need to know we are not stupid consumers.

I love this Starbucks!!! They are extremely friendly and don't try to get a tip out of you like the one down the street from my house.
