Brenda is a very kind and understanding individual, I’ve noticed that service is always better when she is managing the place. Perry is a really nice guy and does an amazing job at keeping the restaurant clean. Food is always hot and the order is right, this location has really turned itself around.will be returning!!!

Had an online order and they forgot the cookie. When we went back around to let them know, they tried to argue that it was in the bag. I checked the bags several times and it wasn’t in there like I’m obviously not gonna sit here and lie to get a free cookie but I do expect to receive what I ordered. That was weird and in my opinion bad service. They ended up getting us one but the back and forth was petty and ridiculous.

Whataburger is the best, hands down. Always great service, hot and fresh food, and I love the spicy ketchup.

This place sucks.everytime something is ordered in person or drive thru or online. everything is wrong, manager argued whole time on phone! was rude, could not speak clearly or even understand order was wrong kept denying or taking accountability.was rude and thinking wanted free food. Just wanted to tell her the staff sucks. and customer service is awful all the time.

Nasty food and asked to the bathroom and the bathroom had an code and they didn’t tell me it and charge me extra
