Travellers Rest - Strabane

This restaurant has been quite inconsistent with its food quality. It's like a game of chance every time you eat here. I had the best fries of my life on Saturday, but the worst fries of my life on Tuesday. The contrast between the two experiences is really surprising. It seems like many local restaurants have trouble with maintaining consistency. Personally, I believe they should have a training day where all the chefs come together to prepare all the dishes on the menu to ensure they are at least close in quality. The cost of this training day would be much less than losing regular customers, I'm sure.

The staff at the front of house are fantastic, kudos to the girls for being on top of everything! The comfort food was delicious and served quickly at a great price. Can't wait to return.
