Brasserie Grand Cafe - Stralsund

We spent several days visiting the Rugen Island and Stralsund and here we met the first waiter who understands and speaks very well English. Thank you. Majd! I hope everyone in this region will soon be as nice, smile and good in English as you. Besides: The food is very tasty, the prices are reasonable, the interior is extremely cozy, and its bio-limone is definitely trying. We recommend!

Well prepared meals with enjoyable baltic atmosphere and central european cuisine. The prices are around average, good for the food that is served. You only have to count with slightly longer waiting times during busy hours around lunch and dinner.

The brasserie is inviting and the food is good, but the service is bad and ruined the experience. We had to fetch the waitress twice and even then she was nonchalant. Several people walked away from after not being met. Even good music couldn't save this visit. Stay away until a new owner takes over and runs the place properly.

We have only eaten their lovely breakfast buffet, so that's what this review will be about. Quite enjoyable and with decent choices for vegetarians too...
