I ordered a dorsch saltinbocca, visually beautifully dressed, the fish was heavenly prepared, only the risotto was a little pappy. the other two family members were very satisfied with everything. there we would like to go to dinner again.
More appearance than his.....the service is overwhelmed (I was alone at a 2 table ... the 2nd deck was not covered). the gruss from the kitchen was served as an intercourse that was ok but only ok, or others said better kantine, I would not recommend it.
That was worth his money and worthy of the star. only the waiter was a little bit to try and a little bit weakened in the stretch. it was our 2nd start to book there. at the first time we were told at the hotel reception that there was no more table free what we found a little strange in the week. So just go down with the chair and watch yourself. we now know where it is. not easy to find in the cellar.
Excellent decor and very good food (I recommend the venison). I did find the cost a little high given the very small quantities. Dessert (for me) was basically a few dabs of coffee flavoured mouse. Certainly not worth the price! Yes, it was flavourful, but 3-4 spoonfuls for around 8-Euros? We also found the bottles of wine to be very over priced.
Unfortunately, there is still some stuff in the offer. a modern kitchen thinks differently. that you have to torment a animal and make sick to get an oversized leber other star restaurants have understood.
