Au Fantassin - Strasbourg

I ate here on summer day in juli, as it was comfortable in front of the door. I enjoyed a cake and salad for lunch on the terrace overlooking the river in straßburg. the device was attentive and friendly while the prices were reasonable.

We could not believe our eyes when the waiter came with our tellers with eating soggy microwave heated vegetables, clearly bought in a super market, and a bundle of sad, absolutely non-seasoned kartoffels prefabricated as well. meat was chewing and dry. but what this...going they were extremely unpleasant was the rudeness of the staff. I went down to visit and the lady room. to my disgust, the toilet was completely clogged. I visited the men instead, but that was only worse. it was so rough. I went to our waiter, shocked, informed him that both toilets were dirty to which he simply replied: okay after that he would avoid any eye contact. unhappy and restless, we rushed to go as fast as we gave the bill, but no excuse. don't go!

Eating was bland, overpriced, service was rude in the way the waiter acted as if he had no time for us, just a bad experience.

Here is a wonderful restaurant at the riverside with sitting outdoors. the service and eating are first-class and would definitely recommend it and return. we had lunch with salad and flames.

Ordered drinks then went to move tables into the sun and were told extremely rudely that the table was now reserved only to see another family stroll up and sit down without any problems. Got the distinct impression it’s one of those French restaurants that...don’t like the British! Very ordinary menu so not disappointed that we didn’t eat here. Waiters’ clothing also dirty. Would hate to see the kitchen.
