Tim Hortons - Strathroy

If you're craving Tim Hortons, your best bet is to avoid stopping at any locations in Strathroy. You may luck out and find the product you want, but it's likely not worth wasting your gas to visit any of the sites here. All locations are owned by the same franchise owner who closely monitors the managers to ensure the stock is not running out due to fear of losing customers.

We were greeted by the extremely friendly host, Christian. He was efficient, prompt, and cheerful, a standout among the employees at Tim Hortons. Please recognize him for his exceptional hospitality.

Overall, the service at Tim Hortons is usually excellent, but it was not the case with this particular visit. I was really craving a coffee after a long drive on the 402, but unfortunately, the service was extremely slow. I waited for a while without even being able to place an order. It was surprising to see that there were at least 5 employees hanging around the drive-thru window, with one girl even doing a happy dance. It seemed like they had time to dance, but not to serve the customers.

There are 3 tim hortons in strathroy and they can never find a decent service. from the very slow service to get their order wrong, they can never win to which twog they go. not their time and money worth.

Asked for Thai soup...they were out. Asked for chicken sandwich...no chicken patties. Asked for turkey club and bun was burnt! Couldn’t find a clean table and it was empty! Looking around there was garbage on floor and very dirty. How disappointing that no care is...taken.
