Contribuisci feedbackI don’t normally do Negative reviews, but I’m making an exception this time due to the number of mistakes made by the crew. I placed an online order to pick up totaling better than $40, was told 10 minutes. Waited 20 before I went inside the store to pick up the prepaid order just to give extra time on a Saturday morning. Waited another 5-10 to overhear a conversation about the food already being made. Was informed it would be a few more minutes, but not told why. I deduced it was handed out the drive through window to someone else when a gentleman walked into the store with a bag informing the cashier that he had the wrong food. Before the crew could begin making any of the replacement food for either of us, I spoke up and said that I would still gladly take my food the gentleman had returned. This is a No No in any food service. I know this, the cashier even informed me, but to be polite and to try and expedite their correction to their error, I insisted. They then gladly handed me the bag, thanked me, apologized and I went on my way. Drove 20 minutes home to my family who I had informed about my breakfast surprise, placed the bag on the table to then realize it wasn’t my order either!! Moral to the story people… Nothing about fast food is “fast” anymore with the people we have in the workforce at these establishments. So for Pete’s sake make sure the damn order is CORRECT!!! It’s so worth it to get what you order, even if you have to wait a bit. So annoyed and still hungry. May be another 5 years before I try that location again.
I've never seen a fast food restaurant so slow waited in the drive thru 30 minutes....staff didn't care
I should’ve known the minute I walked in, that I should’ve turned around, walked out and went to Arby’s instead. Staff was not attentive, more interested in having conversations with their co-workers than helping the customer. Cleanliness was non-existent and the chicken sandwiches tasted like they were made in 5 year old oil. Avoid this location.
The foods good but the service from the manager was rude and he was rude to the employees, which made the atmosphere
Damn kids more worried about phone calls then service. Got entire order wrong. Was already home when we found out. Nothing ever changes, so thanks for reading.....NOW FIX THE ISSUE!!!Sorry about rambling, but it does no good to complain.
