The Swan Inn - Sturminster Newton

A country pub with a few comfortable rooms above. The host and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. If you are in the area it's a good choice, good food, good company, what more can you want.

Friendly atmosphere whenever you're in need of a decent pint ;

We booked last minute. the staff are all very friendly and have welcomed us from the minute we leave our bikes in the garden. eat very nice, we had lunch and dinner on Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday morning was very nice. our room was clean and comfortable and the live band was a bonus, Saturday night. I'm sure they'll stay back.

Beautiful roast dinner, good selection of vegetables, generous amount of meat, very crispy potatoes, plenty of tasty gravy. 10/10. Very clean dining room. Staff were very helpful. Would definitely recommend.
