Tatti - Stuttgart

Used to be one of my favourite places to go in the city. Sadly if you want to order a Campari Spritz, Aperol or Negroni, you receive for 9,50 a drink made with no shadow of Campari or Aperol, but a shady cheaper version called Carpano that tastes horrible. And the bartender doesn’t even tell you, that they don’t have the classic drinks. Disappointing!

Just 2min walk from the sketchy Rathaus u bahn stop, sits one of the most famous cafes and bars in Stuttgart. (Even the merch Tees were made famous by being worn by models in NYC these are available at Geschwisterliebe) Tatti during a sunny morning or afternoon is a prime location to grab a coffee and catch up with some friends. It is really a well located spot, close to the Konigstraße, Breuninger, and public transport terminals. The atmosphere is light and friendly due to most of the tables being situated outdoors under the white shading. Ping pong is available for the fans and after a few gin and tonics your skills are on point like Boris Becker. In the evenings it is packed with Stuttgart’s elite or want to be elite but it is still comfortable enough to have a drink with friends due to the size of the seating area. Great place for a girls catch up with a few wines. One of the best places to people watch, from the fashion victims, to the regulars. I’m sure you will see the friendly owners, the long bearded man in a 3 piece suit and possibly even a few local celebrities turning up. 5/5!

During working hours the construction work on the other side is a bit annoying while sitting outside. The coffee is always great, the service good and the staff is friendly. In the evening the Aperitifs are great try the Campari O!

Stay and see is well put. Pleasant atmosphere at night time, nice music and drinks, beautiful people and gentle service
