I hear that one of the chefs opened a joint in Cedritos under the name Taiken Sushi, but after pictures of what they serve, it is clear that it has a different mood. What a sad day. The food in Wabisabi was absolutely delicious.
This place serves really good authentic quality Shiushi. Fresh fish, delicious! The portions are large, so from all places I know in Bogota, it has the best size/quality/price realization. The ambience and design is more informal, nothing special, but everything is clean and service is charming and fast! If you love sushi, you have to go! If you wish your meal gluten-free, simply ask that you change the salsa sauce.
This is by far the best place ofJapanese food in Bogotá. It is a small and modest restaurant with poor music selection and and dull atmosphere but the food is amazing. If you like authentic Japanese food this is the place to go.
Poor ambiance. Bad location, kind of hidden in a residential area. We felt that it was overpriced for the type of food and portion sizes. Service was friendly. Would not recommend it.
Some of the reviews complain about the ambience, but they must have recently redesigned as the room is clean and perfect. The quality of the sushi was excellent and they have beautiful discounts Monday-Friday. We also had the Gyoza who was good. It is a bit hidden from the street, but this is better quality than the larger chains (Osaki, Wok, Teryaki, etc.) and a lower price.
