Chili's Grill - Sugar Land

Everything was perfect. they did amazing taking us last minute to celebrate our kids birthday. they even sang to us *remix*

The take out process was very easy and quick. Once I arrived, everything was ready. The staff was very friendly and made me feel welcomed when I walked in the door.

We literally sat down at 813pm I know because i text a friend as soon as I sat down! We waited and waited we just saw servers walking by and they didn’t approach our table I see a table that came in after us who was getting served first! I stopped a gentleman and was like hey can we order he was like um let me see who your server is he was really nice and helpful went to look for her and she was nowhere to be found! He took our order and brought us drink! He was very nice and helpful! Will I return? No we won’t!

Place is clean, friendly service and great burgers. Will be our go to Chili’s .

Our server was Greg. He was awesome. Very polite young man and was attentive to take care of our kids and get them fed right away.Vegetarian options: I always get the black bean patty hamburger. Not too bad.
