Sarku Japan - Sugar Land

Customer service is trash! Told them I didn’t want teriyaki sauce on top of my food but rather on the side and they refused. They told me to eat it like that or get the sauce on top. Since when do you force customers to have sauce on top of their food? Never coming back

Do not even bother spending your money here. The men who work there are actual pigs and try to get away with it. They will catcall women and catcall CHILDREN who are passing by and do it in spanish so no one understands. They thought I didn’t speak Spanish and did it to me. I will never go there again. The food is disgusting as well as the service.

Sarku Japan has great food in their restaurant no matter which location they're in. I've been to the one in Fort HoodTX, San Antonio,TX, Austin, TX, and now in Sugarland, TX. They did not disappoint! The portions are sufficient, that you'll even have leftovers for the next day! The flavor didn't change at all compared to the other locations. Price is very affordable just a bit over $10.

I went here, desperately wanting to have something familiar and delicious....Needless to say, they were out of white rice .If I had the time, I would have requested that someone prepare me a bowl right there. It's white rice. My family had plates, I skipped getting a plate. I will choose an alternate, more inconvenient location going forward.

Service was wonderful food is delicious prepared fresh the egg rolls the best in Houston Definitely coming back the lemon is so good keep up the fantastic customers experience
