Food is very good. I usually go for super nachos or crispy tacos. What they can work on is not ignoring their phones. Everyone doesn't have the time to come stand in line and wait around for food. If you guys don't like answering the phone then just disconnect the line. Simple.
I'm a big fan of the San Francisco location off 24th and mission. I relocated to Vacaville and couldn't find a good authentic burrito. Came here and got exactly what I wanted. Salsa are delicious, chips are great and price is greaat coming in at 8.40$ for a super burrito!! I'll definitely be back!
Good food BUT the way they have it set up to order SUCKs.
This place is very hit and miss. Nowhere near the quality and consistency of their SF locationw. I used to go and get an amazing burrito. Tons of fresh well seasoned Asada with the right amount of cream and ample avocado . And for the price it can't be beat. They're cheaper by about $3 for a super burrito than any other spot that n town. That being said, I went in the other day and the Asada was way over seasoned. Just salty. Then another day the guy at the register over charged me by about $3 for the exact same burrito I get every time. Twice in the last month when I ordered extra sour cream it was literally smeared all over the outside of the burrito to the point I couldn't even hold it. The other issue I've noticed is that the burritos are sometimes completely mild and other times really spicy. I enjoy spicy but the menu doesn't even indicate they put any salsa on it. Then today I went and got an asada burrito that was 90% beans and rice. I mean I literally noticed maybe like 5 or 6 pieces of Asada in the entire thing. Sour cream and cheese was undetectable. There was one lonely slice of avocado. And the beans had a weird taste to them. And they didn't bother to bring me any salsa and offered no chips. I've also come in 30 minutes after they open and waited a good ten minutes for them to even acknowledge me while they were running around trying to set up. I mean no hello and absolutely no eye contact. Like I wasn't even there. The lady who works there is generally helpful, but the men there seem like they could care less and will straight up ignore you if you let them. I hate to even think this, but I'm honestly starting to think some of the employees mess with my order just because I'm a gringo and they think I don't know any better. I really hope they get their act together.
