I observed a customer before us getting upset because it took 10 minutes to get his sandwich. They put his order in the queue even though all they had to do was bag it and hand it to him. Then the same happened to us. We ordered regular brewed coffee, which at most Starbucks is served immediately, because it’s already ready and in 20 seconds the customer is DONE. Our orders were put in the queue. After about 10 minutes they got to our order to find that hey, the coffee machines were empty and they had to brew some! We took a refund and went to Deep Routes, around the corner. What a difference and the coffee was great! Avoiding Starbucks from now on if there is any other coffee shop available. Pike Place blend is gross and that’s all they seem to serve now anyway. Service: 1
