Contribuisci feedbackThe staff at this place are incredibly rude, and I don't understand why they haven't been let go! I was really craving a Subway sandwich, but the woman making my sandwich was so unfriendly that I lost my appetite and decided to leave. It's disappointing that the manager allows this to happen.
The staff at this restaurant were quite unprofessional. A heavier woman seemed irritated while assisting me and had an unpleasant demeanor. It felt like a family-run establishment, as all the employees appeared to be rude. When I asked her to add mayo to my sandwich, she reacted angrily and told me, “Next time, be specific,” in a very unkind manner.
Today at 1:30 PM, two women were working, and unfortunately, one of them, who was heavier set, made my three children and me feel quite unwelcome. Her constant eye rolls and unapproachable attitude gave us the impression that we were bothering her. As a result, we will definitely not be returning.
Rude staff seems to be the thing for this Subway. One lady there with glasses never has a nametag on conveniently, but is a real witch. If you don't like your job, you should get a new one. Next time she's rude to me or someone in my party, she shouldbe prepared for a snap back because it's ridiculous that they allow this behavior. I submitted a complaint to corporate and justgot the usual canned response, so they don't care either.
1 star is much. Disgusting food. Worst subway sandwich I 've ever had and This is no exaggeration either. I 've eaten at this subway before and there had never been any issues. Probably because I ordered in house and can watch them make my food. Iordered 2 sandwiches, both of which were a mess. My sandwich was made totally wrong. Asked for it toasted, wasn 't, got baconon mine, didn 't ask for it and hate bacon, and the dressing looked like they poured soup on the sandwich. And same with theother sandwich, not toasted like we asked and again the dressing looked like soup. The staff weren 't friendly at all either. Iwas never greeted while waiting, not a big deal), but when I finally discussed getting my sandwich they had no idea what wasgoing on. This place needs help. Just to update this review, the manager emailed me due to a complaint I put online. Just abasic we 're sorry for your experience..etc. seemed generic. As I said, I will not be going there anymore. I just recentlyeat at the wawa and publix down the street, Way better and cheaper
