Baker's Cottage (sg. Udang)

One of my favourite place to buy roasted chicken. Other than that, you can buy pastries and cakes. Reasonable price.

The roasted chicken is soaking in chicken juice in aluminum bag... soggy. Slow service

Clean, air-conditioned, fair amount of pastries, main menu is chicken rice

Service was very bad at Bakers Cottage Sg Udang Melaka. Me and my brother only want to buy a cake for mother 's day. Got 3 staff last night at shop but when I entered the shop, 2 staff was busy at cashier chit chatting to each other and acting very annoying when we want to purchase a cake on the display only. After a while, got another 1 staff coming out and said it loudly nak apa ya! and another staff continue saying cash je boleh! . Never experienced this before at Baker Cottage Bandar Melaka and even the staff at Bandar Melaka are very good. They greet people when customer enter the shop and treat customer nicely.

Easy to spot this place. There are variety foods in the shop. Really enjoy it
