The drinks are so creative and the tables are very clean. Service is fast and the servers are so helpful and polite!

Friendly staff, fried chicken was fresh and crispy, and the drink combo with fries and chicken was a great value.

We always get takeout for fried chicken here, and it hits every single time. The people working here are always polite and friendly. We love it and hope it’s here to stay forever because it’s the best chicken in the east bay.

The only reason I 'm giving it a one star is because the drinks are all right. to begin off with they don 't take cash which is all right but when I place the DoorDash order, I would expect it to be ready by the time I get there but was not ready. I went on Saturday I placed the order through DoorDash because I was in a hurry. They told me to wait because it wasn 't ready and that 's all right. They made me wait about 15 minutes for my order for them to forget about my order so I had to go to the register and ask for my order again for the girl to give me my order, gave me an oh sorry, here 's your order proceeded to give me my drinks in a cupholder while one drink was spilling all over the cupholder and before I could ask her to give me a cupholder and bag, she just walked away to the back. Back a few months ago I would 've given this place a five star because of the customer service was great because there are two gentlemen who worked there usually and super nice but the new girl who worked there is a complete weirdo. Honestly, I recommend you to go to T4 or DoorDash from Green Bubble because the girl who helped me there was a definite zero out of 10 and made my whole experience bad. I just wanted a refund for the whole thing, but it would 've been pointless since I waited like 20 minutes for my order and I really wanted to drink AND I WAS IN A HURRY. I know this review isn 't going to affect their business, but I just wanted to voice my opinion if you place the DoorDash order and you are in a hurry go somewhere else because this place will just keep you waiting and then the new girl who works there I don 't know if she 's been working there. It will just make your day even worse. To the business owner: PLS KEEP THAT RUDE PEOPLE IN THE BACK MAKING DRINKS. Out of all the times I 've been there the customer service has been 10/10. Really shook me because out of all the times I 've been there. I 'm never had this bad experience.

Consistency is key when it comes to boba and Big Bang is consistent! Their boba is always cooked perfectly, soft almost melt in your mouth boba but with a slight chew. Brown sugar boba flavor is spot on, without being overly sweet, IMO. I've tried a variety of their drinks, both milk bobas and fruit teas. I like their matcha lattes varieties too, the mango matcha is my fav. Tried the piña colada but that one I didn't care for because drink flavor was a bit lacking but boba was great! Overall a solid spot for boba lovers.
