Bojangles' Famous Chicken - Supply

I think the staff are great. Very helpful. But the last 2timed I was there, the chicken stripes were so hard I could barely eat them. Just not appetizing.

The chicken sandwich was good but little spicy for my taste. The fries are amazing, love the seasoning. The biscuits are really good and better then the competitions biscuits.

It was very unorganized and poorly managed. We watched them deal with one person through the drive-through and two people before us and 15 minutes later as we were standing there they put our food in the boxes when we told them we were dining in. We watchedthem throw away a chicken breast and a drink because I guess the chicken breast didn?t look right to the person and the drinkwas thrown away because it was next to the drive-through window register with a lid on it and nobody knew which order it wentwith. The food was pretty good. If it wasn?t for such bad service and the curiosity it raises to make you wonder how hygienicthe places I would?ve given it more stars.

This is a first for me to write a review of a fast food chain, but this Bojangles deserves it! I'm sure there are recipes that they follow, but this one in this location, made quite possibly the best biscuit I've never had. Now granted, it was hot anddripping in butter which helps most anything, but it was the perfect amount of bread, not too doughy, and the perfect amount ofcrispiness. People nice too! Legitimately, for reals, I'm looking for to hitting HWY 17 South again thanks to this Bojangles.

Don't come here for good customer service. It was a choice of convenience by location. It is what it is. But hey.... went to McDonald's a few days later and they were nice so clearly people make choices.
