Babbo Italian Eatery - Surprise

The first time we ate in this place, it was good. Since it seems that half of the staff does not understand customer service. It's like they don't even want to be there and want to be somewhere else. Or how they just want to hang around in the back instead of hiding and constantly measuring the floor to ensure that customers have what they need without the customer constantly having to swing someone down to get service. This is absolutely one of my biggest leaves here. I put it at the end of the table so that it can be filled again. We're ready to call it a night and I never had a refill... Really sad.

This is my way when I eat here. I would highly recommend if you are looking for something with minimal carbohydrates and healthy options. ITS SO DELICIOUS AND NIE DISAPPOINTs! Welcome. Sautéed Brussel sprouts beets (I usually add chicken as protein) with spring mix as my salad choice.

Not very impressed, provided we went on a Sunday morning. The staff was nice, but honestly you could say that they just didn't feel it in their about all the settings. Didn't try anything alcoholic because they didn't have a dedicated bar, so we got beer, no complaints there... We ordered the Spicy Alfredo With Sausage and we were very underwhelmed with the court. The sausage itself was overcooked and super dry, the sauce had decent taste, but was like water. I suppose they usually cook everything because our dish came extremely fast (which is usually not a complaint, but with the overall quality of the foods we assumed it was microwave).

Today my first time in the restaurant was my wife had the food before, but I was never there and for the first time it was an amazing experience! Although they were short staff, our food was still prepared in time, it was hot it tasted amazing! I can't say how good our waiter was he so amazing, he was on everything we needed and had our drinks to us really fast! And the Italian sodas are to die for my gosh we had one of each and all of them were amazing! I love the restaurant being big enough to have a big party. From beginning to end the food was fabulous, our server, Awesome! Drinks were always full. Even short staffed it was a beautiful evening out celebrating with my wife of 26 years. Thank you to the staff for a beautiful evening.
