About two weeks ago we bought a dinner and came home to find the food was terrible. Running, watered potatoes, Cole Slaw without dressing on it only raw cabbage, the chicken should be the original, but it was a lot to do and extremely greasy. The frying oil was obviously degraded and had to be changed. The only point that was good was the cookies, but instead of the 6 we were accused for us 4 so that we tried to call but nobody answered. We did not eat the food and after a few hours called again to let them know we were not satisfied with the quality. Finally he talked to the new manager Velma. She was very sad about the food, explained that she was in this store for just a few weeks, they were aware of the problems in this place and would make some changes. She offered to replace the meal for our convenience. Tonight we went back to get the replacement, and when we saw that the shop was short, and Velma worked very hard to get her employees, follow directions and do their jobs. After a few minutes she was busy getting orders, she came to me, I imagined and she shook my hand, said: Yes I remember you and I will take care of you now. She collected our order and treated us very well, the food was great and we got 6 cookies this time. We were very happy and thank Velma for the right treatment. She will make a great manager and this place a good KFC. Thank you, Velma.

This KFC was nothing but great for customer service and food. Waiting for food by drive thru was never more than 3-5 min. I've been here for three years, was here a total of 10 times probable and no problems ever! Only problems are: food is about 75% warm and interior seats could make something cleaner. Hold seats/table. You have to remember that the people who work here are kids in high school and not give a mature thing, then pay is not good.
