Taco Bell - Surprise

Twice in the row was a doordash with several densities on the pocket, but no one was sealed?! as indicated in the drop-off photos. After talking to them, the manager refuses to believe that this is the case, so here are photos. I had other problems with the personal at this place, rude / unpredictable and will not return.

Ordered a “power bowl “. Good thing I went home to eat it. I did not receive a fork , napkin or any hot sauce packets! It would have been extremely hard to eat this without utensils!!

Food was on point and correct. Portions of protein are amazing evenly spread. Staff were Friendly. Greeted with a smile.

My tacos were empty... bought a taco party pack for $18 and all my tacos were barley half full of ingredients... Refer to pictures... I'm also tired of over paying and not getting food...

As I pulled up... 3 cars in front of me.... 16 min later finally able to get to the window. Unsure why 2 of 3 cars took forever.... but then when I got to the window... girls just said my total ... no sorry for the wait or anything...Then to top it off... I live 2 minutes away.... and got home and food was cold..So my order had been ready for some time but had to wait... so disappointing. Spend over 20 dollars for cold tacos....
