It’s been quite a while, every time staff makes mistake in preparing simple cup of coffee. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Very bad service. Don’t have that experience in other chain stores.

Hi there,We never wanted to , today our experience at this tim Hortons was brutal because of some employees, we order a black coffee and there was nothing wrong with the order, when it comes to customer service i think the staff is not even near to that thinks.Komal named girl was at window , her way of giving order to us was so arrogant for no reason and it was kind of throwing the order and she has no sense to treat the customer with dignity.I hope no one else will be suffered if it considered important by manager in future.Vegetarian options: Nothing

Very bad customer service. Today, the girl was taking drive thru orders, she’s very very rude.

Very Crowded.It has happened a few times, this location has always things missing on the menu because of lack of ingredients. Today No Rice for the Loaded Bowls ?

Food prep is always extremely messy and service is absolutely terrible. Every time I come here it’s always “we don’t have any rice”, “We don’t have any chicken ready”, what exactly are you guys doing with your time? Also when you do make someone wait 20 minutes for chicken don’t leave them to sit in the drive thru so everyone else has to wait as well? Clearly the staff is sloppy and not trained properly.
