We stopped in here looking for a new breakfast spot to add to our other local favorites. This family owned restaurant was extremely clean with good coffee and great breakfast We both had omletts. I had tomatoe and spinach and his was Sausage, onion, bacon, and cheese. Both with hashbrowns and toast with homemade bread all of this for about for just about $22.00. We will be back.
Stopped on a ride through nj ordered Elias burger and fish and chips. Tried the pies blueberry and lemon meringue! They were yummy. The fries were good. The bread was really good. It’s made at the restaurant as are the pies. My burger was killed even though I said rare 3 times. The food was brought and the waitress never came back soooo I ate the burger. They never asked if we wanted another drink. Not sure if was just the tent service since covid and they are discombobulated and things take longer or this is how they usually are.
Don’t know what happened here but the quality is way down. Stopped for late lunch and ordered the roast beef special. It was tough, had an off taste and was pretty much inedible. This used to be a great place…a shame.
It was a good experience. Had egg salad sandwich, the brilliant and bulky wise it was twice that of my usual diet, but because it was delicious, so I couldn't resist to finish it. My group also ordered a court from their specials, which was good. Coleslaw was also decent. All in all, this place is perfect for light and high quality food. Service is good.
