Contribuisci feedbackThe experience was adequate. It's mediocre food moderately fast. I'm not into fast food so I may not be the best person to rate it. My server was kind and courteous. I was rushed and the food satisfied my hunger in an overly greasy kinda way. So it is what it is.
Arrived at 10pm, ordered food. Took them almost 2 hours for my food to arrive, and even then my meal was incomplete. Would not recommend.
They were out of red bull and could not make the two slushies I ordered. When I told the manager I wanted a refund on the drinks, she said I had to go through the app support, as I had ordered through the app. When I tried a cold french fry and decided to return everything, she would not take the food. The 3 Large fries all being cold sucked, but the disgusting brown on the cheese of my two (surprisingly hot) grilled cheeses turned me off of my whole meal. She said the food was cold because I had ordered ahead on the app (never mind the ‘check in’ feature I guess, just cook it when the order is placed). How I ordered it 15 minutes before I got there, checked in, and waited 15 minutes more for my food is beyond me because according to the manager it was done 30 minutes ago. The manager never even offered to remake the food, just an empty apology and excuses due to being short staffed. The customer support for a refund through the app was almost as atrocious as the food. Would not refund me anything except the missing redbulls. Instead, telling me to go ask the manager to remake the food. I’ve been coming here 20 years, won’t ever go back again!
I waited at the drive in portion for 20 minutes then had to go through the drive thru as I seen everyone was getting their food before me. When I got my food the chicken sandwich tasted stale and old, and the tater tots were almost cold. This was during lunch..
Sat in drive thur for 20 minutes didn't even get to order our food . Ended up leaving without food .
