Great place and very kind customer service. Big and tidy rooms with sanitary kit in the bathroom. Brand new. Strongly recommend. Restaurant offers traditional Bulgarian cuisine but also French and Italian delicacies such as escargots, frog legs, fried olives. Live music. Must visit

Terribly disappointing. Below average experience. Staff arguing with each other. Nothing available on the menu. Being overcharged. Food poisoning. Staff smoking. Music till 2 am most nights. Non smoking areas full of people smoking. Invisible staff working reception. Nobody speaks English. AC in room didn’t work. No housekeeping in 3 days.

Our favourite restaurant. We celebrate there birthdays, meet ups with friends and just a night out. The food is amazing, so does the customer service! Thank you for your hospitality!

Nice, quiet, clean. You even get a tooth brush and shaving tools. And the hotel is only 2 stars. Highly recommended at the time- September 2019.
