Park Romantica - Svilengrad

Not very good for tourists. Clean but needs renovation. The staff was friendly.

Rooms are old but OK. The garden infront of the hotel is beautiful. I highly recommend. There is no other option in town as well. :

I have nothing to complain about. For a one night stay it was brilliant. The ladies at the reception were flawless, polite and smiling. The rooms were super, a little bit worn-out but they have everything. The rooms were very clean and tidy. I was eager to use the pool, but unfortunately it was closed. There is a free parking, and the location is good. The breakfast was superb, and there is a restaurant in the hotel. If you want there is an amazing restaurant near by. And the park is so good, quiet and with a lot of birds, very calm and chill. Perfect.

An unexpected delay in our journey brought us to this hotel. The Staff especially the GM Mr Asen was brilliant, thank you for all your . The hotel is a little run down but the rooms were comfortable. The only downside was the breakfast.

2 stars because they have parking and because they have black- out courtains. But as soon as 8 am the problems started, a lot of noise on the hallway, we could see how dirty the hotel is (we arrived at 23:00 the night before), the breakfast is a joke, we arrived at 09:30 and there were only leftovers and no one brought anything else, the water boiler was very dirty, there wasn't even water to drink. I felt like I was in prison.
