I love going to Bluebell restaurant, but I was very let down by the service from Open Table. I booked a table online for Sunday lunch on Thursday, but Bluebell had to call me on Sunday morning to apologize because they never received my reservation and were already fully booked. It was frustrating having to find another place to eat with my family last minute.
