Cafe Continental - Swansea

Came after a stay in a hostel on the street. eating was good, the service was excellent. beautiful lady who felt welcome.

I was over and decided to dip and eat a bite. in contrast to most cafes in the city cafe continental accepted cash and card. it is such an inconvenience when an establishment says “Cash Only” I was warmly welcomed, my order was. take the table, my drink was extremely fast with me and my food soon followed. the food was piping magic stick well presented, the jacket kartoffel was cooked to perfection. it is never nice when the jacket kartoffel lasted like over boiled leather. that was not a problem. the salat was very beautifully presented and was very fresh. I used the toilet before I set my bill. the toilet was clean, tidy and odor-free, always a great sign! I look forward to seeing you again soon!

I visited this caffe on Saturday and ordered a baked potato with cheese. it came superquickly, but I know maybe they need to prepare them in advance and heat them up. this kartoffel had damped the skin and the kartoffel at the bottom was orange. my knife could not cut through the skin! the waitress asked if my friend and I had enjoyed eating (my friend had been in toast) and I said the tip of the kartoffel was okay, but I couldn't eat the rest and she said she would tell the cook. she didn't come back. When I went to pay, I told her that I thought it was an old potato and she replied that they didn't think as they were busy yesterday. I asked if she would lower the price and she said no. She was so unpleasant that I noticed that I thought she was nice when we arrived first.

We really liked it. the first time they visit this caffe. friendly service with a lot of freshly cooked meals. the social distancing was observed. the coffee is highly recommended! we will be coming back

I recently visited cafe continental for breakfast with my work colleagues and I can honestly say that the breakfast is excellent I selected the all day large breakfast and it consisted of 2 bacon,2 sausages,egg,beans,tomatoes,fried bread and toast along with a milky coffee which is...fantastic and all this for a fab 5.40.....I can definitely recommend this cafe for breakfast and I will definitely be returning The staff are very friendly and very professional and give you a very nice welcome
