Cocina Economica “el Arca”

This is my go-to spot for this particular dish on the menu.

Don't miss out on this place. It is clean and serves delicious traditional Tex-Mex cuisine. We tried the Thursday special of green enchiladas and they were fantastic. The salsa was also excellent.

Went to eat with my mother and we both ordered street tacos, I ordered Pastor and she order the Carne Asada. We got the tacos quick, but I realized there was a smell to mine. Tried the meat and it had gone bad. I asked to have something else because the meat wasnt good. They took the plate, but the cook refused to make me anything else as she stated the meat was good and she had just cooked it that morning. I just left there so this was about 12:30. I think the meat had already gone bad before she cooked and she didn't realize it. Either way, I'm sure if the meat hadn't gone bad the food would have been good. My mother's plate was amazing and waiter was good. I was polite about it, paid, left a tip then left. Don't plan on ever coming here again. Hope everyone else's experience is better than mine was.

Great food, Piccadillo, Chile verde, Chicharone, and many others have all been great and very tasty. Never disappointed in portion size.
