Staff are friendly and Service is fast. They don’t have a lot of food, small bakery type menu. We were keen for a tasting palette, though they didn’t have these on the day.
I quite like the blend they have here and the barista was super friendly! Not a big fan of the almond milk they use though (almond breeze)
In my continuing exploration of the best coffee near where I’m volunteering in the CBD, I was recommended to try Normcore, the name which makes me laugh. It's low-key and feels undecorated, in a cool sort of way. My search for a take away coffee with coffee art still is unsuccessful. But my takeaway latte (large) was creamy and frothy in a nice way, that reminds me of my favourite coffee from Single O, but without sacrificing flavour.
The Spot: very convenient near the bus stop. Small and hard to spot on the street but perfect for a cup to go. <br/ <br/ The Service: amazing energy, so friendly so early in the morning. Their baristas churn it out at an admirable pace. <br/ <br/ The Drink: smooth and rich and much, much better than Pablo and Rusty’s down the road. <br/ <br/ Their baked goods look beautiful and their open kitchen imbues that special feeling of homecooking. These guys look like they get s— done with a genuine smile on their face.
Normcore coffee roaster is best of sydney. When I go there first , They made geisha coffee from Panama for me. That taste is never forget to me.
