Closed 20 minutes earlier than what was listed. Sign says 6pm but they closed at 5:40pm at the station near Macy and they’re too busy playing on their phone while one person cleans

No staff, LONG lines, not enough product to be sold their online ordering is an amazing option but doesn’t reflect what’s actually out of stock.

I love the pretzel bite they are amazing I just can’t get enough give me more we need more locations they are too good we need more please corporate make restaurants with drive throughs I would buy and I know many others who would agree!

The gentleman cashier was absolutely miserable when I said what I wanted he proceeded to roll his eyes at me when I asked for a moment as the menu is placed on the opposite side of the register away from immediate view pretzels were cold and obviously old and frozen lemonade was 95% strawberry syrup which to say the least is not in any way good tasting definitely won't waste my money here again

I love stopping last the mall JUST for a pretzel. I always ask for zero salt so I always end up waiting for mine to be made. No problem. It's worth the wait.
